Alejandra's passion for real estate was ignited while she was handling International Advertising for Newspaper " La Nacion" in Costa Rica, where she worked closely with international clients and investors back in 2004.
It wasn't until she moved to the U.S. when her dream to become a REALTOR® became a reality. Driven by the desire to help people achieve their personal goals through a seamless and stress-free process. Alejandra is committed to empowering her clients to embrace financial independence through homeownership as well as investing either locally within the United States or internationally in Costa Rica.
She seeks to encourage her clients to build long-term wealth by seizing the many opportunities that real estate affords. As a bilingual in English and Spanish, she is able to serve a wider client base. Add to that, her Master's Degree in Business with a major in Marketing, she lends her business sense, solid work ethic, and powerful marketing skills to developing impactful strategies that optimize the value obtained from each transaction.
Alejandra boasts of extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, and International Business across different industries, including home improvement through a family-owned business that she has been involved in both residential commercial furnishing and remodeling from resort beach condos to inner-city properties, she learned a lot through her mother's leadership. Years later, Alejandra gained valuable experience working 14 years as an Operational Manager for Home Depot. Moreover, Alejandra leverages her eye for detail thanks to her fascination with interior design to guide clients on how to make the best of their living spaces thereby turning houses into homes.
Alejandra considers her personable and honest nature to be her best asset, genuinely caring about the wellbeing of others. Alejandra's passion is meeting all types of people and foster relationships with them either as colleagues or clients further inspiring her to bring her A-game to work every single day. Whenever she is not busy meeting client needs, you can find Alejandra discovering new restaurants and small coffee shops, enjoying a glass of wine, or making the most of her spa days.

La pasión de Alejandra por los bienes raíces inició mientras manejaba la publicidad internacional para el Periódico " La Nacion" en Costa Rica donde trabajó en estrecha colaboración con clientes e inversionistas internacionales. No fue hasta que se mudó a los Estados Unidos, que finalmente decidió perseguir su sueño de convertirse en Agente de Bienes Raíces y lo logro. Impulsada por el deseo de ayudar a otras personas a alcanzar sus objetivos de adquirir una propiedad, por medio de un proceso facil, eficaz y libre de estrés.
